The CSA seeks to engage regional civil society in an ongoing debate on the right to social accountability and the tools necessary to give effect to this right. The CSA produces a number of publications throughout the year to facilitate the sharing of experiences, evidence–based monitoring and advocacy tools currently being implemented in the region as well as papers relating to social accountability.
